Whether commissioning a piece of art, photograph or poem, the process remains the same. Your vision will become a reality, thanks to the creative talents of k.a.asiedu.

To ensure this & that you receive the best possible outcome, read this information carefully before proceeding to the Commissions Terms & Conditions. Then finally contacting k.a.asiedu through the Commissions Form. Please note, once the final stage is begun, the commission cannot be refunded. Therefore, please be sure you are adequately prepared to take on the commission process. All items are handmade to order, custom & personalised. They are intended for private, personal use only. All relevant terms & conditions are outlined in the Commissions Terms & Conditions. Please be sure to read them thoroughly.

When embarking on a commission, there is an outcome that you want to achieve. Keep hold of it. Through careful consultation with the creative, k.a.asiedu, he will endeavour to bring that outcome to life. Be it an art piece, photograph set, or heartfelt poem, there is something for everyone. The commission process is multilayered & offers you, the client, the opportunity to craft your vision.

It begins here with that vision, with your idea. Whatever you want to create, it is personal to you & as such, the more substance this idea has, the better the final product will be. Prepare an outline of what you want, including as many details as possible. What colours would you like? What medium? What is the subject? How big does it need to be? Who is it for? All these things & more should be considered.

Then read the Commissions Terms & Conditions on this website carefully. There are some boundaries to what will be accepted based on moral concerns & ethical considerations. Most importantly, a commission is not a copy of someone else's work, nor does it contain offensive subject matter.

Once the Commission Terms & Conditions have been read & understood, use the Commissions Form to get in contact with k.a.asiedu. Please do not send an email as this may not be seen. K.a.asiedu will then reach out to you & a conversation about your commission will begin. From your side, please provide all relevant details, including your location, the details of your commission, any source material such as images of what you want it to look like, & any caps you may wish to impose on commission size, quality or price. Please make sure to be honest & straightforward about any feedback or changes you may desire during this period of consultation. This is your custom commission, so your input is very much encouraged. Remember, once in the final stage, the commission cannot be refunded, so it is in your best interest to sort out any issues as early as possible.

Once you are happy with the commission's outline, a non-refundable deposit of half the commission cost will be taken to secure your order & the time of k.a.asiedu. When your order & payment comes through, you will receive a receipt to confirm the date you can expect the completed work & a preemptive delivery date. Please note delivery is wildly variable & not guaranteed for a specific date & time. It very much depends on your location, the shipping company used as well as external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Once your commission leaves the workshop, k.a.asiedu is no longer liable for it.

The timeline for the commission is now in place, & the creative, k.a.asiedu, will start creating your piece. Once the commission is completed, you will receive a final update. You are sure to love it! At this point, you will pay the other half of the commission cost as well as the shipping cost. Only then will your commission either be sent to your nominated email if it is a digital item or packaged securely & shipped. If you are local to k.a.asiedu, do note you can collect the piece in person.
